Our Supreme Backer Rods are crosslinked polyethylene, closed cell, fire retardant, and non-fibrous. These are environmentally friendly material for spandrel insulation in various buildings with glass facades. They effectively prevent heat from the glass facade from percolating into the spandrel region, so ensuring a consistent temperature control throughout the structure and conserving energy. The offered product is a superior alternative to Glass Wool.
